Chart of Accounts

This section is mainly used by your accountant to categorize your accounts into Assets, Expenses, Equity, Revenues and Liabilities. If you don’t understand this, Litebooks will handle it for you in the back-end. This section can be found in “Settings”->"Accounting Settings"->”Chart of Accounts”

Manual Journal

Again this section is for your accountant to key in what they call journal entries to keep your books clean and consistent. It’s OK if sounds foreign, Litebooks will handle that as well.
