Improved Employee Self-service


In addition to already existing employee self-service menu of Leave applications and Overtime submission, we have introduced 3 more self-service applications that can now be delegated to employees.

These are:

  1. Advance pay application
  2. Expense Claims application
  3. Assets/inventory application
Support for attachments

Further, one can now attach supporting documents (e.g. doctor’s letter for sick leave) while filling in leave and expense claims forms

Support for comments

Comments can be posted against leave, expense claims or assets application to improve collaboration and hold historical records of discussions around a given document.

Support for Print Format

Should employer require printed format for physical storage of employees' approved applications, Wingubox now provides for this. Each document can be printed either for physical filing or physical signature consenting.
