Employee Work Shifts

Not every job is an 8-to-5 or 9-to-5. Wingubox now caters for accurate net pay calculations of your payroll Software by accommodating multiple user-defined work shifts.

Common work shifts include:

• Monday – Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
• Monday – Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, Saturday 8.00am to 1.00pm

Additionally, those in hospitality and medical industries may have multiple work shifts for different groups of employees. In such a case, it is easy to define new shifts on your Wingubox Payroll application and assign them to a group of employees just as easily.

Wingubox will auto-calculate daily and hourly wages for each employee depending on the shift they have been placed. Attendance and leave management will also correspond to an employee’s respective work shift.
